Fine for A4 and A5. Set the paper type to matte or photo in your printer settings, turn off any auto fit or fit to page option, and print at 100 percent scale.

What paper to ask for
If you only remember one thing, remember matte. It is the safest choice for wall art and it never fights with the light in the room.
The more you take, the less each one costs
The discount is applied automatically in the cart. No code to type, no minimum spend, and you can mix any designs from any collection.
Discounts apply to the number of items in your cart, not to a single design. Five different prints count as five.

Will anything be posted to me?
No. Everything is digital. You get a PDF with a link to your artwork files, and you decide how it gets printed. There is no shipping cost, no waiting, and no customs paperwork.
How fast do I get my files?
Ready made designs are available immediately. The download appears on the confirmation screen as soon as your payment clears, and the same PDF is emailed to you.
Personalised name art is different. A person sets your name into the design and checks the spelling, so those orders go out within 12 to 24 hours.
What size can I print it at?
Every purchase includes five ratios, which between them cover more than twenty standard frame sizes, from 4×6 inches up to 24×36 inches and A5 up to A1. All files are 300 DPI, so they stay sharp at poster size.
I do not own a printer. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and honestly most customers do not print at home. Any copy shop, photo lab or online printing service will do it, usually the same day. Bring the file on a phone or a USB stick, or email it to them.
Which printing service should I use?
There is a list of recommended services for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia in the printing section above. They all print inside their own region, so you are not paying customs charges or waiting on a border.
As a rule, use a local shop for anything urgent, a photo lab like Mpix or Photobox for everyday sizes, and a fine art printer like Printique or WhiteWall when the piece is going somewhere prominent. We are not paid by any of them.
Can I get it framed instead of just printed?
Yes. Most of the services in the printing list will mount and frame the print for you and post it ready to hang. Look for the green Frames too label next to the name.
It costs more than printing alone, and a cheap frame from a homeware shop is usually cheaper if you do not mind doing it yourself. But if you want it to arrive finished and you are giving it as a gift, having the printer frame it is the easiest route by far.
What if the print comes out cropped or stretched?
That is almost always a scaling setting rather than the file. In the print dialog, set the scale to 100 percent and turn off fit to page or shrink to fit. The guide inside your PDF shows exactly where those options live.
If it still will not behave, message us with your frame size and we will send you the right file.
Can I print the same design more than once?
Yes. The files are yours to keep and reprint as often as you want, for your own home or as gifts. What you cannot do is resell the files, sell prints of them, or share the download link publicly. That is personal use only.
Can I use it for my business?
The standard licence is personal use only. If you want to hang it in a cafe, a salon, an office or a rental property, or use it commercially in any way, get in touch first and we will sort out the right licence.
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital orders are not refundable once the download has been accessed. If something is genuinely wrong with a file, or a personalised print has an error we made, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.
I spelled the name wrong on my custom order. Can it be changed?
If you catch it before we send the file, yes, just message us straight away and we will correct it at no cost. Once the file is delivered with the spelling you supplied, a new version counts as a new order.
Should I download on my phone or on a computer?
Use a computer if you have one. The artwork files are large, a laptop or desktop puts them straight into your Downloads folder, and you can hand that folder to any print shop.
Phones do work, but the files can end up somewhere hard to find, and some mobile PDF readers block the link inside the file. If the link will not open on your phone, open the same PDF on a computer, or long press the link and choose to open it in a browser. If neither works, send us your order number and we will email the files directly.
