Will a physical print be shipped to me?
No. This is a digital product, so nothing arrives in the post and there is no shipping to pay.
You receive one PDF the moment you pay. Inside it is your private link to the artwork files, plus a full printing guide.
What exactly do I get after I pay?
A single PDF, on screen straight away and in your inbox. Open it, tap the link on page one, and save your high resolution JPEG files.
The same PDF explains which file to use for your frame, what paper to ask for, and how to get the colours right.
What sizes can I print?
Every purchase includes 5 print ratios covering more than 20 standard frame sizes: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO A and 11:14.
That runs from 4x6 inches and A5 right up to 24x36 inches, 24x30 inches, 22x28 inches and A1 depending on the ratio. All files are prepared at 300 DPI for their listed maximum print sizes.
Portrait or landscape?
Both are included wherever the artwork suits it, so you can match the frame you already own.
A simple rule: if the frame is taller than it is wide, use the portrait file. Portrait works beside a door or above a bed, landscape works above a sofa or a sideboard.
Where should I print it, and on what paper?
At home for anything up to A4, at a local print shop for A3 and larger, or with an online lab if you want the cheapest big formats.
We recommend matte paper, 200 to 250 gsm. Satin suits photographic art. Avoid glossy, it reflects the room and shows fingerprints.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Very closely. Screens are backlit, so they always look a little brighter than paper.
Ask your print shop not to auto correct or auto enhance the file, and for a large expensive print, order a small test copy first.
How do the quantity discounts work?

Can I download the files again later?

Can I use the art commercially?
Your purchase covers personal use. Print as many copies as you like for your own home, or as a gift.
Reselling the files, or the prints, is not permitted. Get in touch if you need a commercial licence and we will sort one out.
What is your refund policy?
Because the files are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once your download begins, which you confirm at checkout.
That said, if a file is faulty or something is not right, we will fix it or refund you. Just email us.
